We are going to use Adobe Audition (or any wave editor) to strip the beat from a song and loop it. If you don't have a very private place to work, you will most certainly need headphones while working on this project - I can guarantee you will thoroughly annoy anyone within earshot. If you don't already have Adobe Audition and want to make an investment, I highly recommend purchasing Sony Sound Forge to edit wave files. If you don't have any money, try WavePad. It's free!

If this type of thing is right up your alley, then grab a song you would like to work with. If it really is not your cup of tea, you should try to work with the same track I'm using. I find the biggest mistake beginners make with this project is that they choose difficult source material.
